Sardinia is a small village located in Ohio, a state in the United States. It is found in both Brown and Highland counties. In 2020, the village had a population of 1,083 people.

History of Sardinia
Sardinia was first planned out in 1833. The village got its name from a popular church songbook from the 1840s. Historically, Sardinia was a village with a post office in Washington Township, Brown County. It was started in 1830.
The village is located near the east part of White Oak Creek. It is about 12 miles (19 km) northeast of Georgetown. It is also about 44 miles (71 km) east of Cincinnati. In 1860, about 200 people lived in Sardinia. The larger area, Washington Township, had 1,300 people. Sardinia was also a stop on the Cincinnati & Eastern Railroad, which is now called the Cincinnati Eastern Railroad (CCET).

Sardinia is mostly located in Washington Township in Brown County. A smaller part of the village is in Clay Township in southwestern Highland County.
The village covers a total area of about 1.75 square miles (4.54 square kilometers). All of this area is land.
