Rashad Jamiyl Spain (born October 8, 1993), known as Saucy Santana, is an American rapper and songwriter. He first worked as a makeup artist for the hip hop group City Girls. In February 2019, he started his own music career. His first song was "Walk Em Like A Dog."
Santana also became a regular guest on the TV show Love & Hip Hop: Miami. In 2021, he became very famous. His songs "Walk" and "Here We Go" turned into popular viral challenges on TikTok. That same year, he released "Material Girl." Later, he made a remix called "Material Gworrllllllll!" with the famous artist Madonna.

Early Life
Santana was born on October 8, 1993. He grew up in Bridgeport, Connecticut. When he was 10 years old, his family moved to Florida. Santana's grandmother has Afro-Dominican family roots.
He started in the music world by doing makeup for the group City Girls. In February 2019, he began rapping. This happened when he made a theme song for a podcast he hosted with his friends.
Music Journey
Santana released his first song, "Walk 'Em Like a Dog," on SoundCloud in August 2019. After that, he released his first short album, Dog Walkers, in September 2019. His mixtape Imma Celebrity came out in January 2020.
Santana was a guest on the third season of the reality TV show Love & Hip Hop: Miami. This show was on TV from January to April 2020. In July 2020, he released his second mixtape, Pretty Little Gangsta. This mixtape had popular songs like "Up & Down" with rapper Latto. It also featured "Back It Up" with rapper LightSkinKeisha.
His 2020 song "Walk" became very popular in 2021. It was used for the viral #WalkChallenge on TikTok. Even rapper Nicki Minaj noticed it. His songs "Here We Go" and "Material Girl" also became famous on TikTok that year. Madonna herself saw "Material Girl." She performed a mix of her own "Material Girl" and Santana's song with him at NYC Pride in 2022. They later released this version as a single called "Material Gworrllllllll!"
Santana's first studio album, Keep It Playa, came out on December 16, 2021. It included the song "Shisha." This was his first time working with City Girls. This was special because he started his career doing makeup for them.
In August 2022, Santana performed "Booty" on The Tonight Show. He also performed "Booty" at the 2022 MTV Video Music Awards "Pre-Show."
In January 2024, Santana joined the TV show Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta. He started as a supporting cast member. Later, he became a main cast member for the twelfth season.
