Schneider's Bakery, Inc. is an American company that makes television shows. It was started on June 6, 1996, by Dan Schneider. The company's name comes from Dan Schneider's father's business in Memphis, Tennessee.

Schneider's Bakery began on June 6, 1996, in Tennessee. It was later approved to work in California on August 27, 1999.
For a short time, the company had some paperwork issues with the State of California. But these problems were fixed, and Schneider's Bakery was approved to keep operating on February 17, 2004.
In the summer of 2004, when the show Zoey 101 started filming, some apartments at Pepperdine University were used as temporary offices for Schneider's Bakery.
