You can travel through Seabrook Beach using NH 1A. This road goes north from Seabrook Beach. It crosses the Hampton Bridge and leads to Hampton Beach. If you head south on NH 1A, it turns into Massachusetts Route 1A when you cross into Salisbury.

Another road, New Hampshire Route 286, starts from Route 1A at the southern end of Seabrook Beach. It goes west for about 2.5 miles (4.0 km). This road will take you to U.S. Route 1 in the northwestern part of Salisbury.
