Sebastián Ferrat facts for kids

Roberto González López (born September 17, 1978 – died December 29, 2019), known professionally as Sebastián Ferrat, was a talented actor from Mexico. He was born in Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico. Sebastián became well-known for his roles in many telenovelas (which are like long TV dramas) for TV channels like Televisión Azteca and Telemundo.

He became especially famous for playing the character Juan Antonio Marcado. This role was in the third and fourth seasons of the Telemundo crime drama series El Señor de los Cielos, which aired from 2015 to 2016.

In October 2019, Sebastián Ferrat became very ill after eating spoiled food, specifically pork. This serious food poisoning caused him to go into a coma. Sadly, he passed away on December 29, 2019, at a Mexico City hospital because of this illness. He was 41 years old.
