Silo is a small town. It covers a total area of about 0.5 square miles (1.3 square kilometers). All of this area is land, meaning there are no large lakes or rivers within the town limits.
Silo's History
Silo has been a community for a long time. In 1900, before Oklahoma became a state, 246 people lived in Silo. When Oklahoma officially became a state in 1907, the population was 180. By 1910, the number of residents was 152. The town's population has changed quite a bit over the years.
