How Silver Fox Was Created

Silver Fox first appeared in a comic book called Wolverine vol. 2 #10. She was created by Chris Claremont and John Buscema.

Silver Fox's Story

Silver Fox is a member of the First Nation Blackfoot Confederacy. A long time ago, she lived in Canada with Wolverine. They were in love.

It was thought that Sabretooth killed her on Wolverine's birthday. But later, it was found out that she was still alive! She was part of a special group called "Team X". This team was a very strong secret operations group for the CIA.

Silver Fox later left Team X. She then joined HYDRA, which is a group that causes trouble.

Silver Fox and Weapon X

Silver Fox showed up again when Wolverine was looking for people from the Weapon X program. This program had given him false memories. Silver Fox was in charge of a part of HYDRA. She seemed to be working against Wolverine.

Later, Silver Fox met up with Wolverine and other members of the Weapon X Program. These included Creed, Maverick, and Wraith. She acted cold towards Wolverine, as if she didn't remember their happy times together.

The group found a secret base. There, they faced a man named Aldo Ferro, who had put false memories in their minds. Ferro took control of their minds. He made Creed hurt Silver Fox.

After Ferro was defeated, Silver Fox was going to be buried. But her body was taken by S.H.I.E.L.D.. Nick Fury from S.H.I.E.L.D. was surprised that a high-ranking HYDRA member was getting a special S.H.I.E.L.D. burial.

Wraith, another member of the group, had planned the funeral. He told Wolverine that they found the real cabin where he and Silver Fox had lived. Wolverine was allowed to bury her there. He used a piece of the door with "Silver Fox + Logan" carved into it as her headstone.

Wolverine later wondered if all these events with Silver Fox coming back were real. But he knew the pain he felt was very real.

Silver Fox's Special Abilities

Silver Fox has a special power called accelerated healing. This means she can heal from injuries very quickly. She also has something that slows down aging. This allowed her to look young even after many years apart from Wolverine.
