Solomonovo is a small village in western Ukraine. It is located in the Uzhhorod Raion, which is like a district. This village is part of the Zakarpattia Oblast, which is a larger region or province. Solomonovo is special because it is the most western place in all of Ukraine!
The village is very close to the city of Chop. It is also right next to the borders with two other countries: Hungary and Slovakia. In 2001, about 1,342 people lived here.

- Road Crossing: There is a road crossing called Chop–Tysa. It connects Ukraine to a town in Hungary called Záhony. This crossing is part of a major road, the Highway M06.
- Railway Crossing: There is also a railway crossing for trains. It connects Chop in Ukraine to Čierna nad Tisou in Slovakia. These crossings are very busy and important for trade and travel.
