Sovereign is a very tall building, also known as a skyscraper. It is located in Metrotown, a busy area in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada. This impressive building was designed and built by Bosa Properties Inc. It stands at the corner of Willingdon Avenue and Kingsway.

Sovereign is a special kind of building called "mixed-use." This means it has different types of spaces inside. It has homes for people to live in, rooms for hotel guests, and even shops for everyone to enjoy.

The Sovereign building is found in the city of Burnaby, British Columbia. It's in the northwest part of the Metrotown area. This is a very popular and growing part of Burnaby.

Sovereign has many different sections for various purposes. It is a busy place with lots going on!
Homes and Hotel Rooms
The upper part of the Sovereign building is home to 202 fancy apartments. These are called "luxury residences." Below these homes, in the lower part of the building, there are 169 hotel rooms. This means people can live there or stay for a visit.
Shops and Stores
Sovereign also has a large area for shops. There is about 100,000 square feet (9,300 m2) of retail space. This means you can find many different stores and businesses on the lower levels of the building.
How Tall is Sovereign?
Sovereign is a very tall building, reaching 511 feet (156 m) into the sky. It has 45 floors. For a while, it was the tallest building in Burnaby! However, a new building called Altus, in the Solo District, is now taller. Altus stands at 616 feet (188 m).
