Spire is a very tall building in Denver, Colorado, in the United States. It has 496 homes called condominiums. A condominium is like an apartment that people own instead of rent. Spire is one of the tallest buildings in Denver, standing at 147.2 metres (483 ft) (about 483 feet) with 42 floors. It was finished in 2009.

What is Spire?
Spire is located right in downtown Denver, at 14th Street and Champa Street. It took about two years to build, from 2007 to 2009. The building was designed by a company called RNL Design. It is the ninth tallest building in Denver. Spire is currently owned by Plant Holdings NA, Inc.

Spire is a special building because it is LEED certified. This means it was built using methods that are good for the environment. It helps save energy and water.
The building has many cool things for people who live there. It has 35,000 square feet (3,300 m2) of fun spaces. These include a gym where people can exercise. There are also pools and a spa for relaxing. On the very top floor, there is a lounge where residents can hang out.
