Static is a small, quiet community located right on the border between two states: Kentucky and Tennessee. It's split between Clinton County in Kentucky and Pickett County in Tennessee. You can find Static south of Albany, Kentucky, and north of Byrdstown, Tennessee, in the southeastern part of the United States.
