Stina Troest (born January 17, 1994) is a Danish athlete who is really good at running over hurdles. Hurdles are like small fences that runners have to jump over during a race. Stina is famous for winning a silver medal at the Youth Olympic Games in Singapore in 2010. She ran the 400 meter hurdles race there.
Stina started practicing athletics when she was very young, at just 3 years old! She joined a "mini athletics" group at Amager AC, a sports club. Her mom actually started that group in 1998 and still coaches Stina in hurdles today.
