Subin Limbu (Nepali: सुविन लिम्बु) is a famous person from Nepal. She won the title of Miss Nepal in 2014. This big event happened at the Army Officers’ Club in Kathmandu.
Another former Miss Nepal, Ishani Shrestha, placed the crown on Subin's head. The competition was put together by a group called Hidden Treasure.
Becoming Miss Nepal
Subin Limbu was chosen as Miss Nepal from 18 young women who were finalists in the competition. She was crowned by Ishani Shrestha, who was Miss Nepal in 2013.
At the same event, other special titles were also given out:
- Pranayana KC was named Miss Personality.
- Soni Raj Bhandari became Miss Nepal International.
- Prinsa Shrestha was named Miss Nepal Earth.
Life After Miss Nepal
After winning Miss Nepal in 2014, Subin Limbu represented her country on a global stage. She took part in the Miss World 2014 pageant. This is a very large international beauty contest.
Subin's journey as Miss Nepal World 2014 lasted until 2015. After her term, Evana Manandhar took over the title.
