Sweet Valley High was an American TV show that mixed comedy and drama. It was based on the popular book series by Francine Pascal. The show starred Brittany Daniel and Cynthia Daniel as twin sisters.
It ran from September 5, 1994, to October 14, 1997. The show was first shown on different TV channels across the United States. Later, for its fourth and last season in 1997, it moved to the UPN network. It was also shown in other countries, like the UK on BBC One.
About the Show
The story of Sweet Valley High is about the lives of twin sisters, Elizabeth and Jessica Wakefield. They are beautiful blonde twins who live in a made-up town called Sweet Valley, California. The show also follows their group of friends.
Elizabeth is a kind, friendly, and honest person. Her twin sister Jessica is quite different. She is flirty, loves to cause a little trouble, and sometimes acts without thinking.
