Tabernas is a small town and a municipality in the Almería province of Spain. It is part of the autonomous community of Andalusia. The town is famous for being right next to the unique Tabernas Desert.
This desert has been the setting for many popular movies and TV shows. You can even visit three film sets there: Fort Bravo, Western Leone, and Mini Hollywood. These places attract many visitors who want to see where their favorite films were made! Tabernas also has old Moorish castle ruins, a historic church, and a renovated theater.

Tabernas Desert: A Movie Star Location
