Tabitha Bonita Brown (born February 4, 1979) is an American actress, host, and social media star. She makes fun online videos. These videos often share ideas about veganism (eating only plant-based foods), humor, and positive messages.
Tabitha Brown has become very popular. She has over 5 million followers on TikTok and more than 4.2 million followers on Instagram as of March 2023. Many people call her "America's Mom." Her videos are known for being comforting and calming. She hosts a cooking show called It’s CompliPlated on Food Network. She also hosts an Emmy-winning children’s show on YouTube called Tab Time.

Tabitha's Early Life
Tabitha Brown was born in Eden, North Carolina. She grew up in a nearby town called Stoneville. She started studying fashion design in Miami. But she left college at age 19. She then moved to California. After some money struggles, she moved back to North Carolina. She lived in Greensboro for five years.
In 2002, Tabitha got a job as a co-host for a local TV show. She interviewed famous people who performed in Greensboro. In 2004, she moved back to Los Angeles with her husband. She tried stand-up comedy there. When acting jobs were hard to find, she worked at a department store for five years. During this time, she also traveled between North Carolina and Los Angeles. She was helping to care for her mother, who was sick.
Becoming an Actress and Social Media Star
Tabitha spent three years caring for her mother. After her mother passed away in 2007, Tabitha started acting in small roles. She appeared in several independent films. Later, she experienced a lot of pain and tiredness. She couldn't work for a whole year. Her daughter suggested she try a vegan diet. This diet helped her feel better.
In late 2017, Tabitha started driving for Uber to earn money. She was still trying to be an actress. In December 2017, she posted a video review of a vegan BLT sandwich from Whole Foods Market.
