Playing for Different Teams
Tadayo Fukuo was born in Nishinomiya, Japan, on May 6, 1984. He started his professional football career in 2003 with Cerezo Osaka, a team he had been with since his youth days. However, he did not get to play in any matches for them.
In 2005, Fukuo moved to a club called Rosso Kumamoto, which was then in the Japanese Regional Leagues. He quickly became an important player for them, often playing as a central defender. His team did very well, moving up to the Japan Football League in 2006 and then to the J2 League in 2008.
Fukuo was a regular player for Roasso Kumamoto until 2010. After that, he played less often. In 2014, he joined J3 League club Gainare Tottori. The next year, in 2015, he moved to Fujieda MYFC. He continued to play for Fujieda MYFC until the end of the 2017 season, when he decided to retire from professional football.
Representing Japan
Tadayo Fukuo also had the chance to play for his country. In September 2001, he was chosen to be part of the Japan U-17 national team. He played in the 2001 FIFA U-17 World Championship, which is a big international tournament for young players. He played every minute of all three matches for Japan in that championship.
