Takeshi Kuwahara (桑原 剛, Kuwahara Takeshi, born May 10, 1985) is a Japanese soccer coach and former player in the J.League. He was born on May 10, 1985, in Fukuoka, Japan. Takeshi Kuwahara played as a Midfielder during his professional career. After retiring as a player, he became a soccer coach.

Takeshi Kuwahara's Football Journey
Takeshi Kuwahara started his football journey in high school. From 2001 to 2003, he played for Chikuyo Gakuen High School. This was an important time for him to develop his skills before becoming a professional player.
Playing for Professional Teams
Kuwahara began his professional career in 2004. He joined Consadole Sapporo, a team in the J2 League. He played 14 games for them in his first year.
