Taleedah Tamer (Arabic: تليدة تمر) is a famous Saudi Arabian fashion model. She made history as the first Saudi Arabian model to walk in a fancy fashion show in Paris. She was also the first Saudi model to appear on the cover of a big international magazine.

Early Life and Education
Taleedah Tamer was born and grew up in Jeddah, a city in the Makkah Region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Her father, Ayman Tamer, is a Saudi businessman. He leads a large company called Tamer Group, which works with medicines, healthcare, and beauty products.
Her mother, Cristina Tamer, is from Italy. She used to be a dancer and a model for famous fashion brands like Giorgio Armani. When Taleedah was ten years old, she met the designer Antonio Grimaldi. She would later model for him. Taleedah went to the British International School of Jeddah.
Her Career in Modeling
Taleedah Tamer started her modeling journey with a jewelry company called Korloff. She also modeled for Rubaiyat. In 2018, she was photographed by Stefania Paparelli for the cover of Harper's Bazaar Arabia magazine. This was a big moment because she became the first Saudi woman to be on the cover of an international magazine.
On July 2, 2018, Taleedah opened a special fashion show for Antonio Grimaldi in Paris. She wore a stylish white pantsuit and cape. This made her the first Saudi model to walk in Paris Couture Fashion Week. She also closed the show, wearing a beautiful silver dress with feathered wings.
Personal Life and Inspirations
Taleedah Tamer is a Muslim. She can speak three languages: English, Arabic, and Italian. She has a younger brother and sister. Her grandmother is Greek.
Taleedah has shared that she looks up to other models like Gisele Bündchen and Imaan Hammam. She also finds inspiration in Ameera al-Taweel and her own mother. Taleedah understands that some people in Saudi Arabia might have different views on modeling. However, she hopes to show what it means to be a modern Saudi woman today.
