Early Life and School
Tamara Isabel Falcó Preysler was born in Madrid, Spain. She was the only child of her parents, Carlos Falcó and María Isabel Preysler. Her parents got married in 1980. They separated in 1985. Both of her parents married other people later. Tamara has eight half-siblings from her parents' other marriages. One of her famous half-siblings is the singer Enrique Iglesias.
Tamara went to Lake Forest College in Illinois, USA. She studied communication there. After college, she worked at a fashion company called Inditex. She then went to Istituto Marangoni in Milan to study fashion more. She also has a master's degree in Visual Merchandising from the University of Navarra.
Her Career in Television
In 2013, Tamara had her own TV show called Lady Tamara. It was a reality series that lasted one season. After that, she appeared as a guest on many other TV shows.
Cooking Shows and Training
In 2019, Tamara competed on MasterChef Celebrity España. This is a cooking competition show for famous people. She won the fourth season of the show. After winning, she continued working on food-related TV. She co-hosted Cocina al punto con Peña y Tamara. She worked with the famous chef Javier García Peña. Tamara also went to a cooking school called Le Cordon Bleu in Madrid. She finished her cooking studies in June 2021.

Personal Life
Tamara has said that she is a practicing Roman Catholic. She was influenced by her grandmother, who went to mass every day. She is also the godmother to her nephew, Miguel Verdasco Boyer. He is the son of her half-sister, Ana Boyer Preysler.
Her father, Carlos Falcó, passed away in March 2020. He had complications from COVID-19. According to his will, Tamara inherited one of his titles. She became the 6th Marchioness of Griñón.
In November 2020, she started dating Íñigo Andrés Onieva Molas. He works in the hospitality business. They got married on July 8, 2023. It was a Catholic ceremony in Spain. The wedding was widely covered by ¡Hola! magazine.
