Exploring Tavascan's Natural Beauty

Tavascan is known for its natural surroundings. A small river, called the Tavascan River, flows right through the middle of the village. This river is known as Río de Tavascán in Spanish. In Catalan, it is called Riu de Tavascan.

The Tavascan Marsh

The Tavascan River flows into a special area called the Pantà de Tavascan. This name means 'Marsh of Tavascan' in Catalan. From there, the water continues to flow into the larger Lladorre River. These waterways are important for the local environment. They also add to the village's charm.
