Teppei Isaka (井坂 鉄平, Isaka Teppei, born October 23, 1974) is a Japanese former football player. He played as a defender. Isaka was born in Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan. He played for two main clubs during his career: JEF United Ichihara and Mito HollyHock.

Early Life and Youth Career
Teppei Isaka was born on October 23, 1974, in Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan. He grew up with a passion for football. For his high school years, from 1990 to 1992, he attended Mito Junior College High School. After finishing high school, he decided to pursue a career in professional football.
Professional Football Career
In 1993, Teppei Isaka joined JEF United Ichihara. This was his first professional team. He made his official debut as a defender on October 19, 1994. This match was against the Urawa Reds. However, he did not play in many games after that. He stayed with JEF United Ichihara until 1996. During his time there, he played only one league game.
Playing for Mito HollyHock
In 1997, Isaka moved to Mito HollyHock. This club was located in his home area. He joined them when they were part of the Japan Football League. His teammate Jun Mizuno also moved to Mito HollyHock with him.
At Mito HollyHock, Isaka became a regular player in 1997. He played in 27 league games that year. He also scored 2 goals, which is good for a defender. In 1998, he did not play as much. He only appeared in one league game. Teppei Isaka retired from playing football at the end of the 1998 season. In total, he played 29 league games and scored 2 goals in his professional career.
