Terry O'Neal Grant was born on March 3, 1987. He is a former professional running back in Canadian football. Terry played for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats in the Canadian Football League (CFL).
He joined the Hamilton Tiger-Cats on May 30, 2011. This happened after he was not chosen in the player draft. In his first year with the Tiger-Cats, he played in six games. He ran for 151 yards and caught 6 passes for 87 yards.
College Football Career
Terry Grant played college football for the University of Alabama Crimson Tide. He was part of the team from 2006 to 2009. His best season was in 2007. That year, he ran for 891 yards and scored 8 touchdowns. He also caught 26 passes for 176 yards and scored another touchdown.
After 2007, Terry faced some challenges. He had a few injuries that made it hard for him to play as much. Because of this, he was not able to get back his starting position on the team.
High School Achievements
Before college, Terry Grant was a star player at Lumberton High School. He scored an amazing 113 touchdowns during his high school career. In his final year, he ran for 2,700 yards and scored 36 touchdowns. He was even named "Mississippi Mister Football" for his outstanding performance.
