The All New Popeye Hour was a fun cartoon show from the United States. It was made by Hanna-Barbera Productions and King Features Syndicate. This show brought the famous comic strip character Popeye back to TV. It aired on CBS from 1978 to 1983.

The characters in The All New Popeye Hour were brought to life by talented voice actors.
Main Voices
- Jack Mercer was the voice of Popeye himself. He also voiced Popeye's dad, Poopdeck Pappy, and his nephews Pipeye and Peepeye. Jack Mercer also helped write many of the cartoon stories!
- Marilyn Schreffler voiced Olive Oyl, Popeye's girlfriend. She also played the scary Sea Hag, the cute baby Swee'Pea, and the strong Alice the Goon.
- Allan Melvin was the voice of Bluto, Popeye's big rival. He also sometimes voiced Wimpy, who loves hamburgers.
- Daws Butler also voiced Wimpy.
- Don Messick voiced Eugene the Jeep, a magical creature.
- Hal Smith played Col. Crumb.
- John Stephenson was Mr. No No.
- Jo Ann Worley voiced Sgt. Bertha Blast.
- Other voices included Julie Bennett as Monica, Jackie Joseph as Sandy, Frank Nelson as Uncle Dudley, and Frank Welker as Dinky.

Season 2 (1979)
The second season had 10 episodes. More adventures continued with Popeye and his pals.
Season 3 (1980)
The third season had 11 episodes. This season wrapped up the Adventures of Popeye era.
Later Seasons: The Popeye and Olive Comedy Show
The fourth season, which aired from 1981 to 1983, was renamed The Popeye and Olive Comedy Show. This season focused more on the funny interactions between Popeye and Olive Oyl.
Season 4 (1981–1983)
This final season had 11 episodes. It brought new comedic situations for the characters.
Special Episode
There was also a special episode called "The Popeye Valentine Special: Sweethearts at Sea." It aired on February 14, 1979, just in time for Valentine's Day!
