She turns out to be an old woman in disguise.
Season 3: Getting the Job Back

He wants to get his important job back. Meanwhile, Boss Baby's friends, Stacy and Jimbo, deal with many new bosses. These bosses get hired and fired very quickly.
Later, Boss Baby tries to shut down a company called Bubbezee. This company makes products that keep babies safe. But these products also make babies unhappy, and parents don't even know it! Boss Baby discovers that the CEO of Bubbezee is Happy Sedengry. This businessman pretended to be a baby communicator. Boss Baby defeats Sedengry. The company leaders then rehire him as CEO.
Season 4: New Challenges and Puppy Co

And there's OCB, a consultant baby who wants Boss Baby's job.
At the same time, Tim's best friend, Danny Petrosky, is moving away. Danny's dad thinks the government found him. In the end, Boss Baby defeats all three enemies. He then retires and promotes Stacy to CEO. Tim and Danny sing their "Bro Jam" one last time.
