Kevin Michael Richardson is an American actor born on October 25, 1964. He is famous for his incredibly deep voice. Because of this, he often voices characters who are villains in cartoons and video games. You might know his voice from characters like Captain Gantu in the Lilo & Stitch movies and shows. He also voiced characters in popular TV series like Family Guy, The Cleveland Show, American Dad!, The Simpsons, and Futurama.
Kevin Michael Richardson has lent his voice to many characters from DC Comics. These include the Joker in The Batman and Trigon in Teen Titans and Teen Titans Go!. He also voiced Antauri in Super Robot Monkey Team Hyperforce Go! and Oroku Saki, also known as the Shredder, in the 2012 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series. Kevin Michael Richardson was born in the Bronx, New York City, on October 25, 1964. He went to Syracuse University and graduated in 1988 with a special degree in theater. This means he studied acting and performing.
Voice Acting Career
Kevin Michael Richardson started his acting career in New York City. He first appeared in TV commercials. His very first professional acting job was for an AT&T commercial. Because of his deep and strong voice, he was often hired to do voiceovers for commercials. Later, he moved to Los Angeles to continue his career. He often plays villain characters because his voice sounds so powerful.
His first voice role in a cartoon was in 1995, when he played Mayor Tilton in The Mask. Over the years, he has voiced many well-known characters.

Kevin Michael Richardson lives in Los Angeles with his wife, Monica. They got married in 2006. He is also a stepfather to her two sons from a previous marriage.
