What's the Show About?
The show follows two mouse cousins, Emily and Alexander. Emily is from the country, and Alexander is from the city. They go on exciting trips all over the world. Their adventures usually happen in the late 1800s and early 1900s.
They travel to help their other mouse cousins. They also solve mysteries. Sometimes, they even stop a tricky rat named No-Tail No-Goodnik.
The main characters first appeared in a TV special from 1993. That special was called The Country Mouse and the City Mouse: A Christmas Tale. The show is loosely based on a very old story. It comes from one of Aesop's famous fables.
