The Village is a city located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, in the United States. It is part of the larger Oklahoma City metropolitan area. In 2020, about 9,538 people lived there.
The Village is special because it is almost completely surrounded by Oklahoma City. This makes it an enclave city. It only touches another city, Nichols Hills, in one small area.
You can find some important places in The Village. It is home to the main office of Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores. The local newspaper, OKC Friday, also has its office here. Plus, the private school Casady School is located in The Village.

How The Village Is Governed
The Village uses a "City Manager" style of government. This means a professional City Manager runs the day-to-day operations. An elected group called the City Council oversees the City Manager. The role of Mayor rotates among the members of this Council.
