Tilly Keeper, whose full name is Matilda Elizabeth Keeper, is an English actress born on August 16, 1997. She is well-known for playing Louise Mitchell in the BBC show EastEnders from 2016 to 2020. After leaving EastEnders, she appeared in the BBC film Make Me Famous in 2020. More recently, she played Lady Phoebe Borehall-Blaxworth in the Netflix series You from 2023 to 2025. She also starred as Darcy Pike in the Channel 4 sitcom Queenie in 2024.

Early Life and Education
Tilly Keeper was born in Chislehurst, a part of London. She was born a bit early, at 33 weeks. Her father, Peter Keeper, was one of the writers for the TV show Spitting Image. Tilly has two brothers.
She attended the D&B Academy of Performing Arts in Bromley for 14 years. From the age of four, Tilly took ballet lessons. When she was seven, she joined their acting agency. Tilly also went to Bromley High School.
Acting Career
Tilly Keeper started her acting journey in 2004 by appearing in TV commercials. Her first stage role was in a play called Dick Whittington. She made her TV debut as a school student in an episode of the ITV drama The Bill.
From March to July 2009, she performed in a theatre production of Oliver. In 2014, she was a dancer in the film Cuban Fury. She also appeared in an Oral-B advertisement and a short film called Female Dog in 2015. In 2016, she appeared in an episode of the CBBC series Millie Inbetween.
Role in EastEnders
In December 2015, Tilly was chosen to play Louise Mitchell in the BBC soap opera EastEnders. Her first episode aired on January 15, 2016. Her character had many important storylines. These included her father Phil's struggles with alcohol and being involved in a bus crash. She was also caught in a fire, which caused her to have permanent burns. Other storylines involved her mother's mental health, being kidnapped, and becoming pregnant.
In December 2019, Tilly announced she would be leaving EastEnders. Her final scenes were shown on January 24, 2020.
After EastEnders
In April 2020, it was announced that Tilly would star as Helen Cott in the BBC Three film Make Me Famous. She said she was "thrilled" to be part of the project, calling it a "really important story."
In 2021, she appeared in two short films: True Colours and Do This For Me. In June 2021, it was shared that Tilly would play Emily in the British thriller film Marooned Awakening. The filming took place on the island of Guernsey in September 2021. The movie premiered in September 2022.
In 2022, Tilly was cast in the fourth season of the Netflix series You. A year later, she was announced as a main cast member for the Channel 4 drama series Queenie.
