Tilly Keeper is a British actress. She was born on August 16, 1997, in Westminster, England. Tilly is well-known for her roles in popular TV shows. She played Louise Mitchell in the BBC soap opera EastEnders from 2016 to 2020. She also starred as Helen in the BBC film Make Me Famous in 2020. More recently, she played Lady Phoebe Borehall-Blaxworth in the Netflix series You in 2023.

Early life and education
Tilly Keeper was born in London, England. Her father, Peter, was a writer for the TV show Spitting Image. Her mother's name is Amanda. Tilly has two brothers.
She started ballet lessons at age four. When she was seven, she joined an acting agency. Tilly studied at the D&B Academy of Performing Arts School in Bromley for 14 years. She also went to Bromley High School.
Acting career
Tilly Keeper began her acting journey in 2004. She appeared in several television commercials. Her first time on stage was in a play called Dick Whittington.
She made her TV debut in an episode of the ITV drama The Bill. Later, from March to July 2009, she performed in the musical Oliver. In 2014, Tilly was a dancer in the film Cuban Fury. She also appeared in an Oral-B advert and a short film called Female Dog in 2015. In 2016, she was in an episode of the CBBC series Millie Inbetween.
In December 2015, Tilly was chosen to play Louise Mitchell in the BBC soap opera EastEnders. Her first episode aired on January 15, 2016. A soap opera is a TV show that tells ongoing stories about the lives of many characters. Tilly decided to leave EastEnders in December 2019. Her final scenes were shown on January 24, 2020.
In April 2020, it was announced that Tilly would star as Helen Cott in the BBC Three film Make Me Famous. She said she was "thrilled" to be part of the project. She felt it was an important story for everyone to learn from.
In 2021, Tilly acted in two short films. She co-starred in True Colours and then played Kat in Do This For Me. In June 2021, news came out that Tilly would be in a British thriller film called Marooned Awakening. She played a character named Emily. The movie was filmed on the island of Guernsey in September 2021. It premiered in September 2022.
In 2022, Tilly was cast in the fourth season of the Netflix series You. A year later, she was announced as a main cast member for the Channel 4 drama series Queenie.
