Reginald Harold Haslam Parnell Jr. (born June 25, 1932 – died April 5, 2017) was a British racing driver from England. Most people knew him by his nickname, Tim. He followed in the footsteps of his famous father, Reg Parnell, who was also a racing driver.

Tim Parnell took part in a few Formula One races, which are the highest level of car racing. He didn't score any championship points during his career. However, he did finish in tenth place at the 1961 Italian Grand Prix.

After his father passed away in 1964, Tim took over running their family racing team, Reg Parnell Racing. He also managed the BRM Formula One team for several years, from 1970 to 1974. Tim Parnell died in 2017 when he was 84 years old.
