Making Your Own Cartoons
This game is all about being creative. It lets players become cartoon directors! You can write a story, pick music, and add cool sound effects. You also get to design the background and tell the characters what to do.
Choosing Characters and Scenes
You can have up to two characters on the screen at one time. Some of the characters you can pick are Buster Bunny, Babs Bunny, Plucky Duck, Furrball, Calamity Coyote, and Little Beeper. You can make them stand in many different poses. There are also lots of backgrounds and settings for your cartoon.
Adding Sounds and Editing
The game lets you add music and sound effects. You can also put captions on the screen. The way you control everything is very easy. It looks a bit like the computer programs people used back in the early 1990s.
Saving Your Work
It was not possible to save your cartoon directly in the game. Back then, if you wanted to keep your cartoon, you had to record it. People would use a VCR to record the screen. Cartoons made in this game could only be up to five minutes long. This was much shorter than a typical 28-minute episode of the Tiny Toon Adventures TV show.
