Titch is a fun British children's TV show. It uses a special animation style called stop-motion. This means they take many pictures of models, moving them just a tiny bit between each picture. When played fast, it looks like the characters are moving!
The show first aired in 1997 on Children's ITV. It later moved to other channels like Tiny Living and Milkshake!. Titch was created by Pat Hutchins, who also wrote the popular Titch book series.
Music and More About Titch
The catchy music for the Titch show was created by a talented British musician named Michael Nyman. He is a well-known pianist and composer.
You could watch Titch on video tapes in the 1990s. Later, in 2005, the show became available on DVDs. These DVDs had titles like Picnic and Other Stories and Christmas.
