Toheeb Jimoh's Early Life and School
Toheeb Jimoh was born in Brixton, London, England. His parents are from Nigeria. When he was a toddler, he moved to Nigeria. He came back to London when he was seven years old.
He went to The Norwood School. Later, he studied acting at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. He finished his studies there in 2018.
Toheeb Jimoh's Acting Career
Toheeb Jimoh was quite new to acting when he got a role in the BBC One film Anthony. In this film, he played Anthony Walker. Anthony was a young man who was sadly killed in a racist attack in 2005. The film shows what Anthony's life might have been like if he had not been killed. People said his acting in the film was "utterly magnetic," meaning it was very powerful.
After Anthony, Jimoh played a character named Marcus in the Amazon series The Feed.
He also acted in a play called A Midsummer Night's Dream at the Sheffield Crucible theatre. In 2020, he was part of a play called Nine Lessons and Carols at the Almeida Theatre. This was one of the first plays at that theatre after London's COVID-19 lockdown.
