Toledo is a small village located in Cumberland County, Illinois, in the United States. It's the main town, also known as the county seat, for Cumberland County. In 2020, about 1,161 people lived here. Toledo is also part of a larger area called the Charleston–Mattoon Micropolitan Statistical Area.
