Travis Lane Stork was born on March 9, 1972. He is an American doctor, TV host, and author. Many people know him from the TV show The Bachelor. He was also the main host of the daytime talk show The Doctors from 2008 to 2020.

Becoming a Doctor and TV Star
Travis Stork worked hard in school. He went to Duke University and graduated with very high honors. He was part of a special group called Phi Beta Kappa Society. After that, he earned his medical degree from the University of Virginia. He also joined another honor society there, Alpha Omega Alpha.
Medical Training and Early Career
After medical school, Dr. Stork began training to become an emergency doctor. He did his residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. This training teaches doctors how to handle urgent medical situations.
While he was still training, Dr. Stork appeared on a TV show. He was on Season 8 of The Bachelor. On the show, he chose a schoolteacher named Sarah Stone. They lived close to each other in Nashville. However, their relationship ended just one week after the show's final episode aired. After his training, he worked as an emergency doctor in hospitals in Nashville and Colorado.

On The Doctors, Dr. Stork led a group of other doctors. These doctors specialized in different areas, like kids' health, plastic surgery, and women's health. They talked about many health topics.
