Early Life and Training

Trystan Gravelle grew up in a village called Trimsaran in Carmarthenshire, Wales. He went to Ysgol Gyfun Y Strade for school. When he was younger, from 1997 to 1999, he was part of the Llanelli Youth Theatre. This helped him learn a lot about acting. After that, he went to a famous acting school called the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA).

After finishing his studies at RADA, Trystan joined the Royal Shakespeare Company. This is a very well-known theatre group that performs plays by Shakespeare and other writers. In 2010, he performed a special one-person show called Honest at a big arts festival in Edinburgh.

In 2011, Trystan Gravelle acted in a movie called Anonymous. In this film, he played the role of Christopher Marlowe, another famous writer from history. The movie was about who really wrote Shakespeare's plays.

In 2012, Trystan became a main actor in a TV show set in the past called Mr Selfridge. He played a character named Victor Colleano, who worked in the restaurant of a big department store.
