Where is Tynan?
Tynan is found along the southern edge of Bee County. Its exact location is 28°10′10″N 97°45′29″W / 28.16944°N 97.75806°W.
A main road, Texas State Highway 359, goes right through the community. If you travel northeast on this highway, you will reach Skidmore in about 7 miles (11 km). Going southwest for about 5 miles (8 km) will take you to Interstate 37, near the town of Mathis.
