Ultra TV was a popular TV channel from Serbia. It started broadcasting on January 28, 2008. Kids and teenagers in Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and North Macedonia could watch it. Ultra TV showed many different programs. These included fun cartoons, interesting documentaries, and exciting soap operas.

What Was Ultra TV?
Ultra TV began broadcasting on January 28, 2008, at 8 A.M. It was a channel made for children and teenagers. It broadcast in several countries. These included Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and North Macedonia.
Programs on Ultra TV
Ultra TV aired a wide variety of shows. Many of its cartoons were from France. Some popular cartoons included Code Lyoko, Totally Spies!, and Galactik Football. Other cartoons like Casper, Kirarin Revolution, and Johnny Test were also shown. Besides cartoons, the channel also had documentaries and soap operas.
Who Owned Ultra TV?
Most of Ultra TV was owned by a company called United Group. They owned 75% of the channel. The remaining 25% was owned by Luxor CO d.o.o. This company was the one that first created Ultra TV.
How Could You Watch Ultra TV?
For a long time, many people watched Ultra TV through the cable operator Serbia Broadband. However, on July 1, 2017, Serbia Broadband stopped offering Ultra TV. After that, you could only watch it through other cable operators. These included Supernova and Posta KDS. Supernova had limited availability for the channel.
The End of Ultra TV
Ultra TV stopped broadcasting on August 1, 2019. Its sister channel, Mini Ultra, also closed on the same day. United Group decided to close both channels. New channels called Vavoom and Pikaboo took their place.

In 2011, Ultra TV launched a new channel. This channel was called Mini Ultra. It was also known simply as Mini a few weeks later. Mini Ultra was created for younger children. It showed popular programs that little kids enjoyed watching.
Mini Ultra's Closure
Mini Ultra closed down on the same day as Ultra TV. This happened on August 1, 2019. Like Ultra TV, it was replaced by new channels.
