The Search for Upsidaisium
This adventure begins when Bullwinkle gets a letter. It tells him that his uncle Dewlap has passed away. His uncle left him a mine located on a place called Mt. Flatten. Rocky and Bullwinkle decide to go find this mine.
Spies and Secret Agents
As they travel, Rocky and Bullwinkle soon realize they are not alone. They are being watched by their old enemies, Boris Badenov and Natasha Fatale. These two spies work for the sneaky country of Pottsylvania.
But there's another person watching them too! It's their friend, Captain Peter "Wrong Way" Peachfuzz. He is now in charge of a special government group that deals with important secrets. Captain Peachfuzz has been sent to make sure Rocky and Bullwinkle find Mt. Flatten.
The Amazing Anti-Gravity Metal
Why is Mt. Flatten so important? It's because of a very special metal called Upsidaisium. This metal has anti-gravity powers, meaning it can make things float! The U.S. government really wants this metal.
Boris and Natasha pretend to be regular prospectors, looking for valuable minerals. They manage to help Rocky and Bullwinkle find Mt. Flatten. The mountain itself floats high in the air because it has so much Upsidaisium inside it.
Mr. Big's Plan
Once they reach the floating mountain, Boris and Natasha are joined by their boss, Mr. Big. He is a very intimidating person. Mr. Big explains that Pottsylvania also wants Upsidaisium. They plan to use it to solve their traffic problems by building cars that can float!
Thanks to Rocky's clever ideas, Mt. Flatten is moved all the way to Washington D.C. The government then puts the valuable Upsidaisium in a very secure place.
The Final Showdown
However, Boris tries to sneak some of the precious metal away from the government. He even dresses up as a U.S. general to do it! Rocky and Bullwinkle are cornered by Mr. Big. But when they try to fight him, they discover he is actually a very tiny person!
Mr. Big manages to escape into a vault where the Upsidaisium is stored. Boris and Natasha are finally arrested. Mr. Big grabs a piece of Upsidaisium and tries to use Rocky as a hostage. But the anti-gravity metal lifts him into the air, and he floats away, never to be seen again. This leads to another happy ending for Rocky and Bullwinkle!
