Vanlue is a small village located in Hancock County, Ohio, in the United States. In 2020, about 341 people lived there.
History of Vanlue
Vanlue is located about 2 miles west of Sheriden Cave. This cave is an important historical site. People lived there around 11,000 BC, which was a very long time ago!
The village of Vanlue was officially planned in 1847 by a man named William Vanlue. The village was named after him. A post office opened in Vanlue in 1850, helping people send and receive mail.
