Vegadeo (called A Veiga in Eonavian) is a town in the Principality of Asturias, Spain. It is a municipality (a type of local government area) in this region.
Vegadeo is located in the northwest of Asturias. It shares borders with other towns. To the north and east is Castropol. To the south, you'll find Villanueva de Oscos, Taramundi, and San Tirso de Abres. The Eo River and San Tirso are to its west.
This town is also known for being one of the places in Asturias where the Eonavian language is spoken.
