Victoria Federica de Marichalar y Borbón was born on September 9, 2000. She is a member of the Spanish Royal Family. Her full name is Victoria Federica de Todos los Santos de Marichalar y Borbón.
Victoria is the only daughter of Infanta Elena, Duchess of Lugo, and Jaime de Marichalar. This makes her a granddaughter of former King Juan Carlos I and Queen Sofía. She is also a niece of the current King, Felipe VI. Victoria is currently fifth in line to the line of succession to the Spanish throne. This means she is after her cousins, Leonor, Princess of Asturias, and Infanta Sofía, then her mother, and her brother, Felipe.
Victoria's Early Life and Education
Victoria de Marichalar y Borbón was born in Madrid, Spain, on September 9, 2000. She was born at the Ruber International Hospital.
She had her first Holy Communion ceremony on May 27, 2009. This special event took place at the Dominicos Church in Alcobendas, Spain.
Victoria went to Colegio San Patricio in Madrid for her schooling. Later, she studied at a British boarding school for three years. After that, she returned to Spain and attended St. George's de La Moraleja.
She also studied business administration and management. She did this at the College for International Studies in Madrid.
Victoria enjoyed learning ballet and horse riding. She is also very interested in the traditions of her country. One of her interests is bullfighting. When she was a teenager, she spent her summer holidays in Palma de Mallorca with her family.
