Vindata is a music duo made up of two talented artists, Branden Ratcliff and Jared Poythress. They are producers and DJs who create electronic music, R&B, and hip hop. They live in Los Angeles, USA. In 2017, a famous music magazine called Rolling Stone listed them as one of the "10 New Artists You Need to Know Now."

Vindata became well-known with their song "All I Really Need," which featured singer Kenzie May. Soon after, the famous DJ Skrillex signed them to his record label, OWSLA. On this label, they released an album called Through Time and Space. This album also featured Kenzie May, along with other artists like Anderson .Paak, Chuck Ellis, Kaleena Zanders, and Mack. In August 2017, Vindata and Skrillex worked together on a song called "Favor," which was described as "uplifting" and "vibrant."

Vindata's Music Journey

Vindata started their music journey in 2013. They released their first collection of songs, called an EP, named For One to Follow. This EP came out on Symbols Recordings. They also created a remix of a song called "Without You" by the group ODESZA.

In 2014, Vindata released a song called "Where You Are." They worked on this song with Sweater Beats and Bella Hunter. That same year, they released "All I Really Need" as a single. This popular song featured the singer Kenzie May.

In 2015, Vindata joined Skrillex's record label, OWSLA. Their song "Continuum" was part of the label's spring album. Later that year, they released their second EP, Through Time and Space.... This EP included songs like "Own Life." "Own Life" was so popular that other DJs, like Shift K3y and Rene LaVice, created their own versions of it.

In 2016, Vindata released a song called "Better" with DJ Mija. They also made a music video for this song. They worked with Australian DJ Wax Motif on a song called "Crazy." In 2017, they released "Right Now" with singers Njomza and Alex & Alex.
