Where is Viola Located?
Viola is in the western part of Fulton County. It sits along two main roads, U.S. Routes 62 and 412. These roads go east for 10 miles (16 km) to Salem, which is the county seat. They also go west for 26 miles (42 km) to Mountain Home.
Another road, Arkansas Highway 223, crosses these main routes in the middle of Viola. This highway goes north for 8 miles (13 km) to the Missouri border. It also goes south for 9 miles (14 km) to Bexar. The town of Viola covers about 3.4 square kilometers (1.3 square miles) of land.
