Vivian Lai Yi-ling (born 18 December 1976) is a talented actress, TV host, and businesswoman. She was born in Taiwan and now lives in Singapore.

Vivian Lai's Journey to Stardom
Vivian Lai moved to Singapore from Taiwan with her family when she was a student. She joined a TV talent show called Star Search Singapore 1999. She won the competition in Singapore and was also the top female contestant overall.
Starting as an Actress
Vivian began her career as an actress. Her first role was in a TV show called Knotty Liaisons, where she received good reviews. She then started hosting many different types of TV shows. These included shows about food and travel.
Winning Awards and New Roles
In 2012, Vivian won her first big award, the Best Supporting Actress award. She received this at the Star Awards 2012 for her role in the TV series Love Thy Neighbour. In this show, she played a Chinese immigrant.
Vivian's Business Ventures
Vivian is also a well-known face for many brands. She has been a brand ambassador for Pokka drinks, Kirei Kirei soap, Samsung electronics, and Osim massage products.
