Juana Amanda Seux Ramírez (born January 3, 1948 – died September 2, 2020), known as Wanda Seux, was a talented performer. She was a dancer, actress, and a type of stage star called a vedette. Wanda was from Paraguay and Mexico. She had a long and successful career in movies, TV shows, and theater in Mexico.

Her Life Story
Wanda Seux was born in Paraguay. When she was a child, her family moved to Salta Province in Argentina. Her family came from Syria and Lebanon.
When she was 11, Wanda was asked to join a beauty contest for young girls. She started working as a model in Orán, Salta. She also studied and became an English teacher. At 18, she moved to Buenos Aires. There, she got a job dancing Arab dances in a restaurant. She soon became a "half-vedette," which is a performer who sings and dances on stage. In 1973, she officially started her career at the Teatro Nacional Cervantes. After a while, she traveled to Venezuela. From there, she was invited to perform in Mexico.
Wanda arrived in Mexico in 1976 as a vedette. Her shows were very grand, like the famous ones in Las Vegas. People said her shows cost a lot of money. Her amazing costumes came from Argentina. In her first shows, Wanda was joined by dancers from the famous Le Lido in Paris.
Wanda was known as "The Golden Bomb." People also called her the "Barbie of the vedettes" because of her blonde hair and slim figure. Her shows included exciting acts like knife throwers and fireballs. Wanda was the main star at the El Capri cabaret in Mexico City. Later, she performed at the Folies Bergère. For four years, she was the star of Marrakesh, a place owned by Televisa.
She started acting in movies in 1978. Her first film was El Arracadas, with singer Vicente Fernández. She acted in many other movies in the 1970s and 1980s. In 1985, she started acting on TV in the show Salón de belleza. She appeared regularly in Mexican TV shows and series for many years.
In 1999, Wanda performed in a theater show called Las inolvidables de la noche. She was with other famous vedettes like Rossy Mendoza. In 2009, she created a fun character called Super Wanda for the TV show La Oreja.
In 2016, Wanda Seux was in a documentary film called Beauties of the Night. She starred alongside other vedettes like Olga Breeskin and Lyn May. In 2017, she also acted in a play called Divas por siempre.
Her Personal Life
In February 2010, Wanda Seux was diagnosed with breast cancer. She received special treatments like chemotherapy and surgery. By 2012, she was free of the disease.
Wanda loved animals very much. She took care of more than 44 pets at her home.
Wanda Seux passed away on September 2, 2020, at 72 years old. In her last two years, she had several strokes.
