Washingtonville is a small village located in the northern part of Columbiana County and the southern part of Mahoning County in the state of Ohio. In 2020, about 712 people lived there. It is part of the larger Youngstown–Warren metropolitan area.

A Look Back: Washingtonville's History
Washingtonville was first planned out in 1832. Just one year later, in 1833, the village saw its very first hotel open. Washingtonville officially became an incorporated village in 1844.

The number of people living in Washingtonville has changed over the years. In 1880, there were 958 residents. The population reached its highest point in 1900 with 1,092 people. By 2020, the population was 712.
