Weston is a village located in Marathon County, Wisconsin. It is part of the larger Wausau area. In 2010, about 14,868 people lived there.

History of Weston Village
Weston became a village on March 11, 1996. Before that, it was part of the Town of Weston. The village was created to help protect its boundaries from nearby towns. About two-thirds of the old town became the new village.
Geography and Land Area
Weston covers a total area of about 21.58 square miles (55.87 square kilometers). Most of this area, about 21.55 square miles (55.81 square kilometers), is land. Only a small part, about 0.03 square miles (0.08 square kilometers), is water.

In 2010, the village of Weston had 14,868 people. These people lived in 5,772 households. About 3,928 of these households were families. The village had about 690 people per square mile (266 people per square kilometer).

Most of the people in Weston were White (87.7%). Other groups included Asian (8.7%), African American (0.8%), and Native American (0.4%). About 2.0% of the population was Hispanic or Latino.
