Discover the Story: What Happens?
The story begins with a big problem for Christmas! A new, very strict leader named Gerold Geronimus Goblynch takes charge of the Great Christmas Council. He has a plan to change Christmas completely, making it all about money instead of magic and wishes.
Goblynch's Strict New Rules
Goblynch wants to get rid of all the old, magical ways of celebrating Christmas. He makes new rules that are quite shocking:
- Snowmobiles are supposed to replace reindeer for delivering presents.
- Elves and angels are not allowed to help anymore.
- Any Santas who do not follow these new rules are turned into chocolate!
The Last Real Santa: Niklas Goodfellow
Amidst these changes, a brave and funny Santa named Niklas Goodfellow stands up. He is the last true Santa who believes in the old magic of Christmas. To avoid being turned into chocolate, Niklas goes into hiding with his special friends:
- Two kind angels named Matilda and Emmanuel.
- An invisible reindeer.
- A group of loyal elves.
Children to the Rescue!
Two children, Ben and Charlotte, along with Charlotte's dog, Mutt, discover Niklas and his friends. They learn about Goblynch's unfair plans. Ben and Charlotte decide to team up with Niklas to save him and, more importantly, to save the true spirit of Christmas from being lost forever. They must stop Goblynch before he turns Niklas into chocolate!
