William Kennedy (born 18 April 1997) is an Australian professional rugby league player. He plays as a fullback (fullback) for the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks team in the National Rugby League (NRL).

William Kennedy's Playing Career
First Games: 2019
In 2019, William Kennedy played his first game in the NRL. This was in Round 6 for the Cronulla Sharks against the Penrith Panthers.
Later that year, he also played for the Newtown Jets. This team helps players get ready for the main league. He helped the Newtown Jets win two big titles: the 2019 Canterbury Cup NSW premiership and the 2019 NRL State Championship final.
Scoring Tries: 2021
The 2021 season was a great year for scoring tries. In Round 1, he scored two tries for Cronulla-Sutherland. They won against St. George with a score of 32-18 at Kogarah Oval.
He scored two more tries in Round 4 against North Queensland. Cronulla won that game 48-10, also at Kogarah Oval.
In Round 20, he scored two tries in a tough match against Manly. Even though he scored, Cronulla lost that game 22-40.
Later in Round 23, he scored two tries again. This helped Cronulla win 50-20 against the Wests Tigers.
